Helpdesk Operations Analyst

USmax Corporation is seeking a Helpdesk Operations Analyst who will assist in the support of an Enterprise Data Warehouse Operations and Maintenance program. The Helpdesk Operations Analyst will assist with monitoring daily ETL jobs that build the Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) including reviewing logs for errors, conducting row counts, and reporting the status and availability of EDW data.

Responsibilities:

Position requires an active secret security clearance.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Proficiency with MS-Office including Outlook, Word and Excel, SharePoint and/or other collaboration tool suite.

  • 1 to 2 years experience with help desk ticketing systems
  • 1 to 2 years experience in technical writing using Word and PowerPoint
  • 1 year experience with data warehouses

 

Education
  • Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Business, Finance or other related discipline (experience may be considered in lieu of degree)
  • IAT Level II (e.g. Security+) certification
