USmax Corporation is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to establish and maintain a competitive and progressive workforce for the company. This role requires a highly competitive leader who will convey intended roles for each position and qualify and disposition each candidate in a timely and respectful manner. Experience recruiting personnel for government contracts is essential.

The successful candidate will have expertise and accomplished track record recruiting across a wide spectrum of technical disciplines specifically within the Information Technology (IT), Professional Services, Physical Security markets. This position requires a responsive and motivated individual capable of managing and adjusting to competing priorities to sustain the workforce as well as meet the demands of USmax Corporation's revenue growth plan in the Federal Civilian and Defense sectors. This position is performance based, with excellent compensation upside when successfully achieving talent acquisition targets.

  • Must have five (5) or more years of experience recruiting cleared, technical candidates to perform on government contracts.
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience recruiting in the IT technical disciplines to include cybersecurity, IT infrastructure services, Cloud services, technical and physical security, application development, DevSecOps, professional services, etc.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple, competing priorities.
  • Must be highly attentive to detail and maintain detailed records.
  • Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Bachelor's degee desired
